CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN FUEL TANK
PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE
AND ECM CONNECTOR.
1)Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
2)Disconnect the connectors from fuel tank
pressure control solenoid valve and ECM.
3)Measure the resistance of harness between
fuel tank pressure control solenoid valve con-
nector and chassis ground.

Chassis ground:
CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN FUEL TANK
PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE
AND ECM CONNECTOR.
Measure the resistance of harness between
ECM and fuel tank pressure control solenoid
valve connector.

(R68) NO. 2:
CHECK FUEL TANK PRESSURE CONTROL
SOLENOID VALVE.
Measure the resistance between fuel tank
pressure control solenoid valve terminals.
Terminals
NO. 1 -NO. 2:
CHECK POWER SUPPLY TO FUEL TANK
PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE.
1)Turn the ignition switch to ON.
2)Measure the voltage between fuel tank pres
sure control solenoid valve and chassis
ground.
