8-24 CHASSIS
• Remove the front fork spring 4 and drain front fork oil.
• Remove the damper rod bolt using the special tools.
& 09940-34520: T-Handle
09940-34531: Attachment (A)
• Remove the inner tube 5 and oil lock piece 6 from the outer
tube.
• Remove the damper rod 7 and spring 8 from the inner tube.
• Remove the dust seal 9.

The removed dust seal must be replaced with a new
one.
