Description Keyword - Displays the description keyword. If the specified keyword is
contained in the description of the event log, the event is found.
Data Filter Bytes - Displays the data filter bytes in hexadecimal. If the specified Data
Filter Bytes is contained in the data of the event log, the event is found.
Data Filter Offset - Displays the data filter offset in decimal. You can specify Data
Filter Offset if you specify the Data Filter Bytes. For example, if 3 is specified, the
event is found if it matches the data started on the 3rd.
Event Merging Interval - Displays the Event Merging Interval in seconds. When
similar events occur within a certain interval, only the first event is noted. The others
are displayed when the interval is over.
If you click the Edit button while the Filter Settings tab is active, the following screen
displays:
The following items are available using the Details button on the Filter Settings tab:
Log file radio button - Select the type of log file.
Event Type check box - Select the target event type(s). Specify one or more types. At
least one type must be selected.
Event Source edit box - Specify the source name(s). When specifying two or more
sources, separate them with a comma ",". Wild cards (* and ?) can be used. If no
source is specified, all sources are applicable. Source name(s) can be specified with
up to 128 characters.
