Models with touch panel
The illustrations in this section are based on the DCP6690CW.
(1) Release four latches "a" and remove the EX plate (see the illustration on the next page).
(2) Place the control panel ASSY upside down.
(3) Release the panel-main harness and touch panel harness from the cable guides.
(4) Release three latches "y" and remove the control panel PCB ASSY to the front.
(5) Remove the rubber keypad and the key.
(6) Unlatch the ink cartridge cover sensor actuator together with its spring.
(7) Unlatch the scanner cover sensor actuator together with its spring.
