The 750 Calorie goal program provides an even greater challenge as you work to
burn off 750 calories. Use the Up Arrow () and Down Arrow () keys to enter
the program settings as prompted by the matrix window: Weight, Goal, Flat or
Hills, and Level (the average level you want for the entire workout). The level can
be changed at any time during your workout by pressing the Level (/) keys.
The countdown of calories burned is displayed in the matrix window.
