Call Pickup

The Call Pickup feature allows you to answer another ringing line at your phone. There
are two types of Call Pickup:
•
Group Call Pickup - Your extension is assigned to a Call Pickup group. You can
answer a call directed to any member of your Call Pickup Group.
•
Extension Call Pickup - You can answer a call directed to another phone by pressing
the Call Pickup feature key and dialing the extension number of the ringing phone.

If you do not have this button, you
can use the ACCESS button and
the feature code * 9
Write down the Call Park
number
Hang up
Action
Press
Dial the Call Park number

Call Park number and then
silence
The call is parked and you can
place and receive calls
To hear the number repeated,
immediately press the CALL
PARK button again
Result
No ringing is heard
The call is connected immediately
