11 System start-up
You can connect control panel of the 4000 series to the
Logano G615. The commissioning process for the
different types of control panels is the same.
B Complete the commissioning log during the start-up
process (
Chapter 11.5, page 45).
NOTICE: Boiler damage from contaminated
combustion air supply.
B Ensure there is sufficient air supply.
B Do not use or store any chlorine-
containing cleaning agents or
halogenated hydrocarbons (e.g. in spray
cans, solvents and cleansers, paints,
adhesives) in the boiler room.
B Do not operate the boiler when heavy dust
is present, e.g. caused by construction
work.
B If the burner got contaminated as a result of
construction work, it must be cleaned before being
commissioned.
The pH value of the boiler water increases after the heating system has been filled. After 3 – 6 months (at the time of the
first service), check whether the pH value of the boiler water has stabilized.

11.1 Filling the system
