Defining Your PC's Network Connection

Refer to MP-202 Telephone Adapter Quick Installation Guide for instructions relating to
installation on a Windows™ operating system.
Each network interface on the PC should either be configured with a statically defined IP
address and DNS address, or should be instructed to automatically obtain an IP address
using the Network DHCP server.
The MP-202 provides a DHCP server on its LAN and it is recommended to configure your
PC to obtain its IP and DNS server IPs automatically.
This configuration principle is identical but performed differently on each operating system.
