7. Remove pivot shaft.
A. Using a 5/16" Allen wrench, remove the
BHSCS and washer. See Figure 5.

end wrench, remove the BHSCS and nylon
locknut. See Figure 6.

C. Using a hammer an punch, tap out the
pivot shaft.
D. While supporting the drive frame assembly.
Remove pivot shaft. See Figure 6.
8. Install new pivot shaft (A).
A. Put grease on both ends of new pivot
shaft (A).
B. Aline drive frame assemby with holes in
the main frame support and insert new
pivot shaft (A). See Figure 6.
C. Using a 5/32" Allen wrench and a 1/2"
open end wrench, attach the BHSCS (B)
and nylon locknut (E), tighten securely.
See Figure 6.
D. Place a drop of loctite (F) on BHSCS (C)
and another drop inside the pivot shaft
where the BHSCS will be tightened.
E. Using a 5/16" Allen wrench, attach the
BHSCS (C) and washer (D) to the pivot
shaft (A), tighten securely. See Figure 5.
9. Attach the upper side covers.
A. Place the upper side covers in position.
See Figure 4.
B. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the
screw securing each upper side cover.
10. Attach the top cover.
A. Place the top cover in position. See
Figure 3.
B. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the
screw securing the top cover.
11. Attach the front cover.
A. Place the front cover in position. See
Figure 2.
B. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the
four screws securing the front cover.
12. Connect power and test for proper operation.
A. Plug power cord to the power outlet.
B. Test unit for proper operation.
