7. Remove the proper drive link.
A. Using a 5/16" Allen wrench and 3/4" open end
wrench, remove the BHSCS securing drive link
to the front leg. Remove the drive link and two
nylon washers. See Figure 5.

B. Using a 5/32" Allen wrench, remove the BHSCS
securing drive link to the crank arm. See
Figure 6.

8. Install the new drive link.
A. Attach the new drive link (A) to the crank arm.
See Figure 6.
B. Place a drop of loctite (B) on the BHSCS
and another drop inside the shaft where the
BHSCS will be tighten into.
C. Using a 5/32" Allen wrench, install the BHSCS/
loctite and washer as shown in Figure 6.
Tighten securely.
D. Place a nylon washer removed in step 7A on
each side of the new drive link (A), then place
in position on the front leg. See Figure 5.

the bearing face while tighting. See

E. Install the BHSCS and lock nut removed in
step 7A.
F. Using a 5/16" Allen wrench and 3/4" open
end wrench, tighten the BHSCS and locknut
securely.
9. Attach the upper side cover.
A. Place the upper side cover in position. See
Figure 4.
B. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten
the screw securing the upper side cover.
10. Attach the top cover.
A. Place the top cover in position. See Figure 3.
B. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the
screw securing the top cover.
11. Attach the front cover.
A. Place the front cover in position. See Figure 2.
B. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the four
screws securing the front cover.
12. Test unit for proper operation.
