[624] ISDN Extension CLIP Number Assignment

Description
Assigns the identification number of the calling party to each ISDN extension in order to utilize
the Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) feature provided by the ISDN line service.
This program is only available for the KX-TD1232 with the Primary Rate Interface ISDN
Expansion Unit (KX-TD290).
Selection
• Port number:
KX-TD1232 — 07 through 12,
• CLIP number: 16 digits (max.)
Default
All ports — Not stored
Programming
1. Enter 624.
Display: 624 ISDN CLIP NO
2.
Press NEXT.
Display: Port NO?
3.
Enter a port number.
To enter port number 07, you can also press NEXT.
Display example: #07:Not Stored
4.
Enter a CLIP number.
To change the current entry, enter the new number.
5.
Press STORE.
6.
To program another port, press NEXT or PREV, or SELECT and the desired port
number.
7. Repeat steps 4 through 6.
8.
Press END.
Conditions
• Each number has a maximum of 16 digits, consisting of 0 through 9.
• Refer to program [423] for the list of the ISDN port numbers and their corresponding jack
numbers.
• To display parts of the number which have scrolled off the display
