[463] PRI Timer 1 and Timer 2 Assignment

Description
This PBX employs en-bloc dialing so that dialed digits are not transmitted to the Central Office
until all digits have been entered into the PBX. This assignment selects whether timers and a
counter (PRI Dial Counter) are used to determine end of dialing. If "Effective" is selected,
inter-digit timing is used to determine the end of dialing. If the counter is set to 7 digits
(default), then Timer 1 is used for the first 7 digits of dialing and Timer 2 is used for any digits
dialed after the first 7 digits.
If "Not Effective" is selected, the counter and timers are not used. In this case, the timer
assigned in program [208] Inter Digit Time is used.
This program is only available for the KX-TD1232 with the Primary Rate Interface ISDN
Expansion Unit (KX-TD290).
