Registering Frequently Used Settings

You can register frequently used settings to be accessed with the soft keys.
By registering the settings you have made, you can then access them with one press of a button.

Registering items in the job memory

Press <Menu>.

Press [Settings].

Select "Management" and press [Enter].

Select "Job Memory" and press [Enter].

Select "Enter/Edit" and press [Enter].

Select the key you want to allocate and press [Enter].
If a key has already been allocated to be a Soft Key, you cannot allocate it to Job Memory. Delete the Soft
Key setting to proceed.

Select the job category and press [Enter].
Choose from Copy Job, Fax Job, or Scanner Job.

When the confirmation screen appears, press [Yes].

Set the function you want to allocate.
While the Job Memory is being registered, a beep sounds to let you know a Job Memory is being registered.

When the setting is finished, press <Start>.
