Using the address book

You can search destinations by name if you have allocated them to speed dial numbers.

Destination names are displayed in the order of alphabet characters, symbols.

Switch to fax mode.

Press the lower cursor key (Address book) to display the address book.

Search for a destination using the cursor keys.
NOTE
You can use the numeric keys to display the destination names in other alphabet groups. For example, if
the name begins with d, e, or f, press <3>.

Press [Select] to select the destination.
NOTE
• You can select multiple destinations. The selected destination is displayed with the check. Press [Clear]
to cancel the selection.
• You can only select one destination for manual transmission. [Select] changes to [Enter]. When you press
[Enter], the destination number is immediately dialed.

Press [Close] to close the address book.
