Entering alphabet characters

Switch the entry mode to "Upper case" or "Lower case".

Enter the alphabet character using the numeric keys.

Switch the entry mode to "Number".

Enter the number using the numeric keys.

Entering symbols

When you press the < > key while entering characters, the entry mode switches to the symbol entry screen.

Press the < > key.
• In "Upper case" and "Lower case" mode:
When English is selected in the language setting
When German is selected in the language setting
• In "Number" mode:

Select the symbol using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

The symbol is entered.
