Third level
Copy Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can pro-
hibit use of copy functions.
Fax Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can pro-
hibit use of fax functions.
Scan Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can pro-
hibit use of scan functions.
List Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can pro-
hibit the list printing.
Setting
When copying and faxing, a department
code must be entered and usage by de-
partment is recorded.
Enter/Edit
You can enter up to 100 department
numbers and names respectively.
Delete
You can delete entered department num-
bers and names.
Reset counter
Delete all accumulated data.
IP Address
You can register the IP address and
subnet mask, etc..
MAC Address
Displays the machine's MAC address.
Clears all data you have registered or
set, including speed dial entries and
function settings. Documents stored in
the memory are also cleared.
Data that has been cleared cannot be re-
stored. Make sure that there is no problem
clearing the data before proceeding.
You can adjust the contrast of the LCD.
Replace devel-
Do this when you replace with a new
oping unit
developing unit.
Replace drum
Do this when you replace with a new
drum unit.
Polling Document Polling documents are stored.
Polling Document Deletes polling documents and docu-
ments in the scan boxes.

You can print polling documents, docu-
ment
ments received through Security Rx, and
command documents.

Document
You can select the language used on the
LCD and lists.
Enter the year, month, day, hour, and min-
ute. Use the 24-hour clock to enter the time.
When you set to "On", the machine
automatically adjusts the clock in the
summer time period.
