Registering group dial

If you often transmit to the same multiple destinations, you can enter these destinations into groups. If you
enter the destinations into a group, you can use the group transmission function (page 60) and select the group
number to transmit to. The transmission will be sent simultaneously to all numbers in said group.
Though you can also enter a group number when you enter a speed dial, this section explains how you can as-
sign a single speed dial entry to a group number.
Registering a group

Press <Menu>.

Press [Settings].

Select "Group" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select the group number you wish to register and press [Allocate].
Press [Edit] to register a name for the group.

Select the speed dial to enter in the group, and press [Select].
• The selected group numbers are displayed with a check mark on the right.
• Press [Clear] to deselect the group number.

Press [Close] to complete the entry.
To continue to enter other groups, repeat from step 4.
After setting, press <Reset> to close the settings screen.
