You can use any of three methods to
find radio stations: The TUNE bar,
the SEEK switch, or the Preset
buttons.
The TUNE bar changes the fre-
quency up or down, depending on
which side of the bar you push.
To move up or down a single incre-
ment, press the TUNE bar and
release it. If you press the TUNE bar
and hold it, the frequency will begin
to change rapidly. It will stop when
you release the bar.

The SEEK function searches up or
down the band for active stations.
Push the SEEK/SKIP switch up to
search higher frequencies from the
current station, or down to search
lower frequencies. The system
searches until it finds a strong radio
signal. It then stops on that station. If
you do not want to listen to that
station, press SEEK again.

The preset buttons allow you to store
radio frequencies for later selection.
Each button will store one frequency
on the AM band, and one on the FM
band. To store a frequency:
1. Select the desired band, AM or
FM.
2. Use the TUNE or SEEK function
to tune the radio to the desired
station.
3. Select the preset button you want
for that station. Press that preset
button and hold it until you hear a
beep.
