Adjusting The Sound
Use the TREE and BASS knobs to
adjust the tone quality to your liking.
Push on either knob to get it to pop
out.
When you have finished the adjust-
ments, push the knobs back in so
there is less chance of accidentally
changing your settings.
The BAL control adjusts the side-to-
side sound bias. Push on the knob so
it pops out. Adjust the proportion of
sound coming from the front and rear
speakers, then push the knob back
in.

FRONT

The FADER control adjusts the front-
to-rear sound bias. Push on the knob
so it pops out. Adjust the proportion
of sound coming from the front and
rear speakers, then push the knob
back in.
The BALANCE and FADER knobs
have a center detent to tell you when
the sound is equally balanced.
REAR
MAX
The radio panel illumination comes
on with the head lights, even if the
radio is turned off. This panel lighting
can be turned off with the BALANCE
control.
Push the BALANCE control so it
pops out, then pull it out slightly
farther.
