Courtesy Lights
Operation (Std. & L Models)
The courtesy lights and ceiling lights
(with the switch in the center posi-
tion) come on when you open any
door. They remain on for several
seconds after all doors are closed.
Operation (LS Model)
The courtesy lights and ceiling lights
(with the switch in the center posi-
tion) come on whenever you open
any door.

After all doors are closed tightly, they
dim slightly then fade out in about
five seconds. The ignition switch
light stays on several seconds longer
to assist you.
The courtesy lights also come on
when you remove the key from the
ignition switch. If you do not open a
door, they stay on about five seconds,
then begin to fade.
KNOB
The front footwell lights and rear
door lights come on with the parking
lights or headlights. Use the courtesy
light adjustment knob to adjust their
brightness. Push on the knob to get it
to pop out. Adjust the brightness,
then push the knob back in. These
lights will still illuminate at full
brightness when you open a door.
