Create the stamps and their default settings

Introduction
A stamp is a pre-defined text you can set on every copy. The stamp function is
an option. Use Océ License logic to enable this option. Use the Océ Settings
Editor to define a maximum of 10 stamps and their default values.
Before you begin
Open the Océ Settings Editor and log on as Key Operator. Take the following
steps to log on.
Click 'File' and select 'Log on'.

Select 'Key operator' and enter the password.

How to create the stamps
Click 'View' and select 'KO settings'.

Navigate to KO - Printer - Stamps.
2.
Define the name.
3.
Define the text.
4.
Enter '%DATE' if you need the date that the copy was made on a copy.
Enter '%TIME' if you need the time that the copy was made on a copy.
Define the font.
5.
Click 'Apply' to confirm the settings.
6.
Click 'File' and select 'Log off' to prevent unauthorised use.

How to define the default values of the stamp
Click 'View' and select 'KO settings'.

Navigate to KO - Jobs - Copy - Stamp - Copy stamp.
2.
Define the required values.
3.
Click 'Apply' to confirm the settings.
4.
Click 'File' and select 'Log off' to prevent unauthorised use.
5.
Result
You can apply the defined stamps to a copy directly from the scanner operator
panel.
