Archiving From a Report

2. Select the criteria (date, time, types of events, time lapse clips).
3. Press Play to display the review clips list.
4. Press Camera 1 to select each clip you want to archive. A disk icon appears beside
each selected clip, indicating it is selected for archiving. Camera 1 is a toggle button;
press again to deselect clips.
To select all of the clips in the list for archiving, press the Camera 2 button. This
button is also a toggle button.
5. After you have selected the clips you want to archive, press Camera 3. The message
This will archive all selected clips. OK/Cancel appears. Press OK to
start the archive process. A progress box showing the percentages of data
transferred.
If you see the message No archive drive, check to see if you have set a drive for
archiving (see Configuring Storage
6. Press EXIT when complete.
You may abort the process by pressing any key.
Note Archived clips are not removed from the regular drive; they are only copied.
To save video clips from the review list in a report:
1. Enable the archive feature in the Disk Setup screen (see
page 54).
