Use the following table to set your alarm events.
Description
Enable or disable each alarm input.
Specify the number of fields per second that should be recorded by all cameras.
If you want multiple cameras to record for a single event, the number of fps that you
set is divided across all cameras.
The number of cameras that you can set depends on your HRDVS model:
HRDVS1 - 1 camera
HRDVS4 - 4 cameras
HRDVS8 - 8 cameras
HRDVS16 - 16 cameras
Assign each alarm event its own title. This text is used when you create a report (see
Creating a
Report, page 94) or review events (see
Set how the system responds to an alarm event. Options are:
Auto. Alarm events automatically reset immediately after the alarm input is inactive.
Recording of alarm video and display of camera(s) continues as long as the alarm
input is active.
Timed. Alarm events reset after the time specified in the Reset Time field. Recording
of alarm video and display of camera(s) continues according to the Reset Time.
The time the system waits before it resets the alarm event after an alarm input is
detected. To change the minutes and seconds boxes, the Reset Type field must first
be set to Timed.
Enable or disable whether the HRDVS records audio input.
Enable or disable whether the HRDVS beeps when it detects an alarm input.
The number of camera buttons
in this field depends on your
HRDVS model.
