Using the Reports Menu

A digital video system allows you to search through the recorded video for specific
conditions and to move quickly to the video that meets those conditions. The Report
function allows you to:
•
Set up the conditions that are used for a search
•
Define the time period you want to view
•
Set up as many reports as you want, and edit or delete them according to your
needs
After you set up these conditions, you can:
•
Quickly and easily search through recorded video
•
Create as many reports as you want
•
Run, edit, and delete reports
•
Archive (copy) images in a report run to a disk
This chapter describes how to use the Report function to perform the tasks listed above.

Live recording stops during Reports.
