Placing the boiler in operation

9.6.2 Removing the blocking plate

You can remove the blocking plate to further raise the
flue gas temperature if, after the removal of the hot gas
baffle plates, the flue gas temperature is still too low.
Open burner door by removing the two hexagon bolts
on the sides.
Remove blocking plate by loosening bolt.
Re-check the flue gas temperature.
9.7

Checking the high Limit cut-out (STB)

The high limit cut-out interrupts the power supply if the
maximum permissible flow temperature is exceeded. To
enable a boiler reset and re-starting, the fault must be
removed and the system must have fallen back below
the limit.
Check the high limit cut-out function (
device service instructions).
9.8

Installing jacket panels

Attach burner door jacket in the slots of the front
boiler cover.
Slightly lift the burner door jacket until it hooks into
the bottom cross bar.

arrow.
We reserve the right to make any changes due to technical modifications.
