Changing a user password
All TVR 20 users can change their passwords.
To change a password:
1. In the Menu toolbar click the User icon to display the User setup screen. All
the users at the same and lower access levels are listed.
2. Click your user name to select it and click Edit. The Edit screen appears.
3. Enter your new user's name and password. The name cannot be longer than
12 characters with no spaces. The password cannot be longer than eight
characters with no spaces.
4. Click the Save button.

Adding a new user

Only a system administrator can create a user. However, the administrator can
assign access rights to managers to create new users.
To create a new user:
1. In the Menu toolbar click the User icon to display the User setup screen.
2. Click the Add User submenu. The Add User setup screen appears.
3. Enter the user's name and password. The name cannot be longer than 12
characters with no spaces. The password cannot be longer than 8 characters
with no spaces.
4. Select the user's privilege level: Admin, Manager, or Operator.
Changes are saved when you leave the screen.
