Playing back archived files on a PC

Use the standard file player software to play back the archived video on your PC.
It can be downloaded from the TVR 20 when archiving files onto a backup
device.

Manually acknowledging an alarm

When an alarm is activated, the TVR 20 can be set up so that the alarm must be
manually acknowledged in order to be silenced. See "Responding to an alarm"
on page 73 for information on setting up this type of alarm mode.
To manually acknowledge an alarm:
1. Right-click the mouse. The Main toolbar appears. Click the Alarm icon to
acknowledge the alarm. The alarm is then silenced.

Press the Alarm button on the remote control. The alarm is then silenced.

Logging off from setup mode

To log off from setup mode and return to live mode:
1. In the Main toolbar click the Logout icon. The Logout Confirmation screen
appears.
2. Click Yes. The live mode screen appears. All changes made in setup mode
are automatically saved.

Turning off the TVR 20

There are two ways to turn off the device:
On the main menu, click the System icon, and then click Shutdown in the left
column. Click Shutdown DVR.

When in live mode disconnect the power supply.
