Turn on this item to enable the copy tracking function, which
attaches an account code is to each print job and facilitates
machine management. Note that the copy tracking function
must be enabled on the machine in order to use this function.
Enabling the copy tracking function on the machine can cause
printing to can make printing impossible unless the access
code designated for the machine is correctly configured.

For 1000-account management:
Specify an access number, in the range of 001 to 999.
(Example) To specify the Account Code "123456", you would
input the following.
Account Code 1: 1
Account Code 2: 2
Account Code 3: 3
Account Code 4: 4
Account Code 5: 5
Account Code 6: 6
This setting is available only when the Built-in Finisher (FN-
117) is installed on the machine. You can use it to staple the
pages of one printed document at a time.
• Off No page stapling
• Auto 2-point Pages are stapled at two points along the top
edge when landscape orientation is selected,
or along the left edge when portrait
orientation is selected.
• Corner Pages are stapled in the corner.
• Left 2-point Pages are stapled at two points along the left
edge.
• Top 2-point Pages are stapled at two points along the top
edge.
• Center Pages are stapled in the center.
