Outputting a Font List

Dropping the JilFontList.ps file onto the pdfdirect.exe shortcut (or
MacPDFDir/MacDLX alias) causes a font list (including downloaded fonts)
to be printed.

Deleting Downloaded Fonts

Dropping the JilFontDelete.ps file onto the pdfdirect.exe shortcut (or
MacPDFDir/MacDLX alias) causes all downloaded fonts to be deleted.
