Enter the subject, and press [Enter].
• Up to 80 characters can be entered for the subject.
• For details on entering characters, refer to Chapter 1, "Entering Characters" in the
Administrator's Guide.

Press [Mail Text].
If you do not want to edit it, proceed to step 10.

Enter the mail text, and press [Enter].
• Up to 1024 characters can be entered for the mail text.
• Press [ ] to enter a line break. A line break takes up two characters.
• Press [ViewText] to confirm the mail text that has been entered. Press [Edit] to return to the
entry screen.

Administrator's Guide.
