Load the document, and press <Fax>.

Press [Advanced].

Press [Cover Page].

Select [ON].
If you select [OFF], the cover page setting is disabled. If you selected [OFF], press [Enter] and
proceed to step 15.

Press [Format].

Select the format, and press [Enter].

Press [Template].

Select the template to use, and press [Enter].

To change the subject, press [Subject].
If you do not want to change it, proceed to step 11.
