Recognizing the Text
To enable Auto Thresholding, click the button to the left of the
brightness scroll bar ("Auto" appears to the right of the scroll bar). To
disable Auto Thresholding, click the icon again (a brightness percentage
or text appears to the right of the scroll bar).

Click the OCR button in the toolbar or choose OCR in the File menu.
OmniPage recognizes the document's text. The Progress Monitor
window displays the process.
After OCR a dialog allows you to scan more pages or to finish.
