Select the scanning area with
the + and ~ keys. Then press
Start.
The machine scans and stores
your page. After the page has
been stored, the display alter-
nates between the messages
shown opposite.
The machine is asking you to
place the next page on the expo-
sure glass.
Display shows how much time you have left to place the next page on
the exposure glass and press Start key.
You have about 60 seconds.
If you do not place a page on the exposure glass and press Start key
within the remaining time, the machine will start to dial.
