Occasionally, with multiple calls, VTel creates 'ghost calls', where the TS.Disconnect.Event
has already occurred, but the VDU.Watch.Event has not ceased. This causes a condition
where VTel creates a new call object that can't be released, because the
TS.Disconnect.Event has already occurred - a 'ghost call'.
