To read this example:
Telephony error is the error type
TS.AnswerVDU failed! is a comment on the specific error
Number: 67109360.0 is a number for internal Avaya use
12/31/96 is the date (December 31, 1996)
14:20:48 940 is the time (20 minutes, 48 seconds, and 940 milliseconds past 2 P.M.)
