There are two options available. Depending on which options are chosen, a dialog box will
appear when the agent:
selects Logout
clicks the Busy button
The vtel.ini file is used to determine:
which of the two options is used (use of either or both is allowed)
the names of the tables that contain the Logout/Aux Reason Codes and their
corresponding descriptions
The following is an example of the settings that might be chosen in the vtel.ini file. The
tables named in the example must be defined using IC Manager. See the discussion of

These reason codes are associated only with the DEFINITY switch. To
implement this functionality, appropriate settings must be made for the
switch.

The code tables are loaded at agent login. VTel will access the Directory
Server to retrieve information stored in these tables. All of the tables contain
rows of codes and associated descriptions. In order to ensure a consistent
presentation within VTel dialogs, code descriptions should be restricted to a
maximum of 40 characters.
