These reason codes are associated only with the DEFINITY switch. To
implement this functionality, appropriate settings must be made for the
switch.

The code tables are loaded at agent login. VTel will access the Directory
Server to retrieve information stored in these tables. All of the tables contain
rows of codes and associated descriptions. In order to ensure a consistent
presentation within VTel dialogs, code descriptions should be restricted to a
maximum of 40 characters.
