If the agent manually logs out of his phoneset and VTel has an active EDU, VTel will log out
after the EDU terminates only if the EDU terminates within the number of seconds entered
as the LogoutRetryTime. If the EDU has not terminated by that time, VTel stops attempting
to log out and displays a dialog box informing the agent that the phoneset and VTel are out
of sync, and that he must perform a manual logout from VTel.
