TransferInit

IDL Syntax
ORBStatus TransferInit( in string vduid, in string
phonenumber );
Description Begins a consultative transfer. The current conversation(s) are put on hold, and
an outbound call is placed to an additional party, using the same EDU ID as the
previous call.
