Cause of occurrence expected
• When fall detecton swtch s nputted n the
state that the power s turned ON.
• Improper poston of thread trmmer knfe
• Cutter sensor trouble
• Assembly and adjustment trouble
• When the motor sgnal s not properly nputted.
• When voltage hgher than guaranteed one s
nputted.
• 220V has been nputted to SC-50 of 0V
specifications.
• 400V s appled to the box of 220V (230V).
• When voltage lower than guaranteed one s
nputted.
• 0V has been nputted to SC-50 of 220V
specifications.
• 0V s appled to the box of 220V.
• Inner crcut s broken by the appled overvoltage
• Dsconnecton of operaton panel cord
• Breakage of operaton panel
• Connecton trouble or breakage of IPOP crcut
board
• Connecton trouble or breakage of IPOP crcut
board
• Motor drver has broken.
Correctve measure
• Press to close warnng screen, and perform
replacement of needle. Then clear the value n the clear
screen.
• Press to clear the value, and perform replacement of
needle.
• Press to close warnng screen, and perform
cleanng. Then clear the value n the clear
screen.
• Press to clear the value, and perform
cleanng.
• Press to close warnng screen, and perform
replacement of ol. Then clear the value n the
clear screen.
• Press to clear the value and perform
replacement of ol.

Items to be checked
• Check whether the machne head s tlted wthout
turnng OFF the power swtch (sewng machne
operaton s prohbted for safety sake).
• Check whether the fall detecton swtch cord s caught
n the sewng machne or the lke and has broken.
• Check whether the fall detecton swtch lever s
caught n somethng.
• Check whether ar pressure s proper.
• Check whether ar pressure s proper.
• Check the motor sgnal connector (CN30) for
loose connecton and dsconnecton.
• Check whether the motor sgnal cord has broken
snce the cord s caught n the machne head.
• Check whether the appled power voltage s hgher
than the rated voltage + (plus) 0% or more.
• Check whether 0V/220V changeover swtch s
mproperly set.
In the aforementoned cases, POWER p.c.b s broken.
• Check whether the voltage s lower than the
rated voltage – (mnus) 0% or less.
• Check whether 0V/220V changeover swtch s
mproperly set.
• Check whether fuse or regeneratve resstance s broken.
• Check whether operaton panel connector
(CN2) s loosened or dsconnected.
• Check whether the operaton panel cord has
broken snce the cord s caught n the machne
head or the lke.
• Check whether IPOP crcut board s securely
fixed or connector is loosened.
• Check whether IPOP crcut board s securely
fixed or connector is loosened.
