This supply is not receiving AC
power, but the other supply is
receiving AC power.
NOTE:
It is possible for one
power supply to show a green
status and the other supply to show
an amber status.
Power supply might not be inserted
properly, might have a damaged
connector, or might have failed.

The I/O module is locked.
The I/O module has failed.

Firmly press the power on/standby
