For Switch 7750 Ethernet switches, VLAN1 serves as the cluster management
VLAN and the IP address of the Layer-3 virtual interface of the management VLAN
must be configured before a cluster is created. After the cluster is created, it is
prohibited to change the interface IP address of the management VLAN.
