Loosen the three screws on the left pulley
cover.

3) Turn the adjusting screw while moving the
carriage forwards and backwards by hand so
that the carriage drive belt moves up and down.

4) Tighten the three screws on the left pulley
cover.

Adjustment of the beit tension
1} Move the carriage so that it comes up against
the left of the printer.
2) Hook the spring gauge onto the center of the
front carriage drive belt.
3) Pull the spring gauge to the rear, and measure
the value at the position where the front and
rear carriage drive belts touch each other.

If the measured value is within the range 550
+50g, change the position of the tension stop-
Per on the right pulley to adjust the tension of
the belt.
5) Measure the tension of the belt again.
6) if the tension is still lax after changing the
position of the tension stopper, change the
installation positions of the carriage drive belt to
change the tension of the beits.

7) Check the inclination of the left and right pulleys
to make sure that adjustments are completed.
