REMOVAL
1.

Figure 2-66.
Detach seat from frame by loosening
the wing screw underneath the tail section.
2.
Remove seat by pulling up and back.
INSTALLATION
1.

Figure 2-67.
Install seat by sliding the metal locating
tab on the underside of the seat into the opening on the
motorcycle.
WARNING
After installing seat, pull upward on front of seat to be
sure it is locked in position. If seat is loose, it could shift
during vehicle operation and startle the rider, causing
loss of control and personal injury.

Fasten seat to frame with wing screw.
Tighten securely.
