1.1 Outline of Synchronous Control
Function description
• Used to drive the input axis with the
position of the servo motor controlled by
the Motion module.
• Used to drive the input axis by generating
only the position command based on the
positioning data of the command
generation axis.
• Used to drive the input axis with input
pulse from the synchronous encoder.
Function description
• The input axis on the main side of the
main shaft module.
• The reference position on the main shaft.
• The input axis on the sub side of the main
shaft module.
• It is used to input the compensation
amount for the position of the main shaft
main input axis.
• The composite movement amount of the
main shaft main input axis and the main
shaft sub input axis are transmitted to the
main shaft gear.
• The converting movement amount after
composite main shaft gear is transmitted
by the setting gear ratio.
• The movement amount of the main shaft
is transmitted by the clutch ON/OFF.
Function description
• The input axis of the auxiliary shaft
module.
• The movement amount of the auxiliary
shaft is transmitted by the set gear ratio.
• The movement amount of the auxiliary
shaft is transmitted by the clutch ON/
OFF.
• The composite movement amount of the
main shaft and auxiliary shaft is
transmitted.
