Adjusting the Height-of-Cut
Pointer
1.
With the mower blades aligned front to back and
the front of the blades adjusted to 75 mm (3
inches) from the ground, check the position of
the height-of-cut indicator.
2.
Sit in the operator's seat and look at the pointer
of the height-of-cut indicator

If the pointer of the height-of-cut indicator is not
aligned to 75 mm mark, perform the following:
A.
Loosen the 2 jam nuts that secure the
height-of-cut link

Rotate the link until the pointer of the
height-of-cut indicator is aligned to 75 mm
mark when viewed from the operator's seat

Belt Tension
Service Interval: After the first 50 hours
Every 50 hours
1.
Park the machine on a level surface.
2.
Disengage the PTO, lower the mower deck, and
engage the parking brake.
3.
Shut off the engine and remove the key.
4.
Loosen or tighten the jam nut until the tension
indicator arrow aligns with the outer surface of
the washer

1.
Park the machine on a level surface, disengage
the PTO, and lower the mower deck.
2.
Engage the parking brake, shut off the engine,
and remove the key.
3.
Remove the belt cover and pulley cover; refer

Loosen the jam nut of the belt tensioner until you
can slip the belt off the belt-tensioning pulley
