A project file is used by the Protocol Support Tool to create and control data. A project file consists of the
following data.

The standard system protocol incorporated by the Communications Board cannot be edited or transferred. To
make use of the standard system protocol, copy it to the project file and edit it.
Under Creating a Project File, an example to create a new project file is shown without making use of the
standard system protocol.
