2.1.3 Basic equipment

All the operations can be carried out with the tools normally available at any good motoring Servic-
ing Centre.
In regard to the electric and electronic part it is necessary to have suitable control instruments as
indicated in the specific chapter of this manual

2.1.4 Handling and lifting the machine

IMPORTANT For all the operations involving the partial lifting of the machine the cutting deck
must be removed.
a) Front part lifting
WARNING!
and place two wedges behind the rear
wheels to prevent the machine from
moving.
– Lift the machine by means of a
jack acting under the front axle of
the machine
– Stabilize the machine with one or
two stands placed in correspond-
ence of load-bearing elements of
the front part of the frame.
b) Rear end lifting
WARNING!
of the front wheels to prevent the move-
ment of the machine.
– Raise the machine using a jack underneath the
towing bracket.
– Stabilize the machine with one or two stands
placed in correspondence of load-bearing ele-
ments of the rear part of the frame.
