Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) grounding strap
Action
Power down the server, unplug all peripheral devices and Ethernet
cables, unplug the DS30X cable, and disconnect the AC power.
Attach the ESD strap to your wrist and attach the other end to a
known grounded connection.
