When using the Basic model QCPU, "PLC (Empty)" can be set between CPU
modules.
Therefore, even when the Motion CPU will be added to the system where the
Basic model QCPU, PC CPU module, and C Controller module are used, the
CPU No.s of the PC CPU module and C Controller module are not changed, and
changing the program is unnecessary.
