MMR All A failure was detected in the Momentary Power Loss detect
circuit. If there are no zero cross interrupts on Vab for approx.
three half line cycles, the timer interrupt will trip and generate a
diagnostic that indicates the ability to detect MPL is gone. If VAB
was truly gone, the module would be powered down; there must
be a hardware failure on the board if VAB is appears to be gone.
